Refund policy

For non-personalised accessories: 14 days to return your goods 

If you wish to return any of our non-personalised accessories, you have 14 days (from the date of receipt) to do so. This only applies to items purchased from the website. To receive a refund, the item must be returned in its original packaging, with all instructions for use, accessories and original barcodes and labels. If an item is damaged, has been worn or returned without its original packaging, we reserve the right to refuse the returned goods. You are responsible for delivery costs of returns unless you receive a faulty or incorrect item, in which case, please contact our customer service department at and follow the instructions given to you, otherwise return costs will not be covered.

For customised skis: returns are not possible after approval of the final proof of visuals (BAT)

When we receive your order, we prepare the visuals using the elements you provide (name/first name or logo…) The production of your skis will be launched when you approve the proofs of the visuals. This is a binding agreement.

Please note! After the proofs (BAT), are approved it is not possible to rescind or return customised skis as provided for in Article L121-20-2 of the Consumer Code:The right of recission may not be exercised, unless the parties have agreed otherwise, for contracts (…) for the supply of goods made to the specifications of the consumer or clearly personalised or which, because of their nature, cannot be returned (…)Once proofs of the visuals have been approved, delivery of your skis takes 3 weeks.
